Paximadakia with olive paste and anchovies

1 cup black pitted olives

1 cup green pitted olives

½ cup capers, 2-3 cloves of garlic

2-3 anchovies, juice from 1 lemon

1 bunch of parsley, 2 spoonfuls mint

3-4 spoonfuls olive oil,

1 teaspoonful oregano

1 teaspoonful thyme

½ teaspoonful pepper

 

 

Put all the ingredients in the blender and stir to make a paste.
