TEAM OF CRETAN PAXIMADI PRODUCERS

Paximadakia with olive paste

300 grams pitted olives

2 spoonfuls finely

chopped onion or 1 clove of garlic

1 spoonful lemon zest

1 spoonful coriander

1 teaspoonful cumin

2 spoonfuls lemon juice

4 spoonfuls olive oil

 

 

 

Put all the ingredients in the blender and stir to make a paste.
