Paximadakia with cheese dip

400 grams soft goat cheese

or 250 grams feta cheese and

150 grams myzithra cheese

150 grams yogurt

1 spoonful finely chopped

mint or dill

2 spoonfuls olive oil

1 spoonful lemon juice

 

 

Put cheese and yogurt in a bowl and mash with a fork until the mixture is smooth. Add remaining ingredients and combine well.
